The Gessi Group’s Summer Excellence Program has successfully concluded. For two months, twenty-five students from local high schools engaged in a unique learning experience focused on innovation, design, and collaborative growth

Gessi is not only a place where products of excellence are created, but also a place where knowledge is shared, values are passed on, and opportunities are built. It is in this spirit that the latest edition of the Gessi Summer Excellence Program has come to a close. Designed by Gessi as part of its Formazione Scuola e Lavoro (FSL) initiative, the summer program offers younger generations a hands-on, highly qualified, and truly unique learning experience.

Throughout June and July, twenty-five outstanding students from local high schools and technical institutes experienced the Gessi DNA firsthand. Assigned to different departments according to their educational backgrounds, they took an active role in the company’s day-to-day activities, working alongside Gessi professionals across a wide range of areas, from Production and Technical Functions to Interior Design, Commercial Excellence, and Quality. Along the way, they gained first-hand experience through real projects, workshops, and team-building activities designed to introduce them to the world of design and business.

The project reached its most meaningful moment with the traditional certificate award ceremony, held on Friday, 17 July. The event brought together students, their families, company tutors, and representatives from the schools participating in the initiative in a warm atmosphere of celebration and shared achievement: Istituto Ferrini Franzosini of Verbania, IPSIA of Borgosesia, ITIS of Borgomanero, ITIS of Borgosesia, Liceo Casorati, Istituto Mercurino of Gattinara, Istituto D’Adda of Varallo, Liceo Linguistico of Cossato, Istituto “Pier Luigi Nervi” of Novara, ITIS of Santhià, Liceo G. Galilei and Liceo Don Bosco of Borgomanero.
